Professor Bjørn Tore Gjertsen is the leader of the Clinical Trial Unit at Haukeland Univeristy Hospital, where he also runs a research group focused on leukaemia research.

The Lymphoma group at OUS – The Norwegian Radium Hospital, led by Harald Holte, is multi-disciplinary, with clinicians and researchers working alongside each other. Postdoctoral fellow Jillian Wise is employed on the NCGC project.

Professor Eivind Hovig is the leader of the NCGC Bioinformatics, and is head of a research group focused on melanoma research in the Department of Tumour Biology at the Norwegian Radium Hospital. Postdoc Sigve Nakken, PhD-student Daniel Vodák and Programmer Ghislain Fournous are employed in the NCGC Bioinformatics group.

Professor Ivar Sønbø Kristiansen is the leader of the NCGC Health and Economy project, focused on calculating the cost and benefit of introducing genome-based diagnostics into the health service and basing the choice of treatment on the outcome of these results. He is affiliated with the Department of Leadership and Economy of Health at the University of Oslo. PhD student Anita Iyer is employed on the NCGC project.

Professor dr.philos. Ragnhild A. Lothe, is the leader of the molecular cancer genetics group in the department of Genetics at the institute of Cancer Research at the Norwegian Radium Hospital. Professor Lothe´s research group is mainly focused on colorectal and testicular cancer research. Senior scientist Torstein Tengs is employed on the NCGC project.

Professor Per Eystein Lønning is oncologist and the leader of a research group located at Haukeland University Hospital and University of Bergen. Rakel Blaalid is employed as a postdoctoral fellow financed by the NCGC.

Dr Leonardo A. Meza-Zepeda is the leader of translational cancer genomics group in the department of Tumor Biology at the Institute of Cancer Research, Norwegian Radium Hospital. His group is focused on sarcoma and lung cancer research. He is also head of the Core Facility of Genomics, performing the majority of the sequencing analyses for the NCGC project. Postdoctoral Fellow Chandu Cilamakuri and Senior Engineer Jinchang Sun are funded by the NCGC project.

Professor Ola Myklebost is the Head of the NCGC. He is also the leader of a research group based at OUS – Norwegian Radium Hospital, specialised in sarcoma, tumors of the bone and connective tissues. Postdoctoral Fellow Susanne Lorenz and PhD student Robert Hanes are employed on the NCGC project. Postdoctoral Fellows Else Munthe and Eva Stratford are working on related projects, funded by the Norwegian Cancer Society and Helse Sør-Øst, respectively.

Professor Sissel Rogne is the Director of the Norwegian Biotechnology Advisory Board. She is also a Professor in Public Health in Bergen.

Professor Ole Morten Seternes is based at the Institute of Pharmacy at the University of Tromsø. He is in charge of the NCGCs work-package focused on pre-clinical validation of novel treatments. More specifically, the work involves using in vitro and in vivo models to determine whether specific mutations are suitable targets for precision therapy. Postdoctoral Fellow Espen Åberg is employed on the NCGC project.
